1835: The family-owned company FOIN was established. 
Five generations have led to the development of the Company in Paris and in the Haute-Saône Region.

  • 1929 : Merger of the SPINDLER factory, specialised in the production of metal chains and fittings
  • 1969 : Creation of the ''Metal Protection'' Department, a centre for the production of protective chainmail items
  • 1978 : Production of the first safety connector
  • 1997 : The FOIN family transfers the Group.
2001 : FOIN enters the BACOU-DALLOZ Group, world leader in PPE, personal protective equipment.
The Company's General Management is ensured by Mr. Olivier PICHERIT.

FOIN:
FOIN is an SME with 180 employees, with its production site based in the Haute Saône Region close to Belfort. Since 1835, FOIN has been producing metal wire. FOIN is an ISO-9001 certified company.
